Hours of Driving in One Day: How does an electric vehicle really handle it?
A rainy day of over 100 miles driving between San Francisco and San Jose in a Tesla, with a stop to charge at Top Golf.
There's a lot of anti-EV messaging going around, trying to convince the public that owning an EV will be horrible for them. That's why I want to make some videos to show what the daily experience of using an EV is really like.
In this video we show a real life example of a heavy driving day around town with over 2 hours and 100 miles of driving in the winter rain. Even with heavy driving I never have to worry about charging because the battery has so much range and because even if it is running low there are chargers everywhere.
Yes, not every place is like California. But every place has electricity. People don't realize just how fast charging infrastructure is getting built out, making an EV a much more pleasant experience for day to day use than any gas car.
